On the 12th I turned 29 (eek!) Part journal, part photography project, I will try to post weekly with my past week in photos. With a new camera in hand and a desire to document my last year as a 20-something here is my second week.

I love
Pinterest, don't you? Kevin & I watched a show called Moonshiners and it got me looking at different ways to make our own Moonshine. Which is doable, but not as easy as infusing alcohol. So
Pinterest led me to
this site that gives a great tutorial on how to make Jolly Rancher Infused Vodka. Totally had to try it out! I made 8 different infusions that first day, 5 Jolly Rancher infused Vodka in watermelon, blue raspberry, lime, grape & cherry. I also made a starlight mint infused vodka and a werther's infused vodka. I also made a non-candy infusion of fresh raspberries, lime rind and a bit of sugar. This one will take about a month to infuse unlike the candy vodkas that are ready in a few hours.

We took the 5 flavors of Jolly Shots & the Pepto-Mint (looks like peptobismol) to our softball game that night, they were definitely a hit! We brought 6, 8oz mason jars and they were all empty by the time we left.
